The Traveling Couple Guesthouse blends Lipovan tradition with authentic style inspired by our travels. The reed roof, blue-white facade and wooden lacework preserve the local charm, complemented by modern comforts and facilities.
Seen from above, the guesthouse looks like an open book, where each traveler writes his story. In the evenings, Lipovan folklore ensembles bring music, dance and joy, completing the authentic charm of the place.

Our guesthouse has only 8 rooms, each with a unique theme, inspired by the traditions and landscapes of Dobrogea region. Each room has a balcony overlooking the lake, offering a corner of peace and relaxation.
Even if guests spend a lot of time exploring the surroundings, the rooms are designed for comfort, light and color, creating an authentic experience where every detail tells a story about this special area.
At Traveling Couple Guesthouse every dinner is a journey into the local or regional gastronomy. Our guests enjoy daily traditional breakfast and dinner with local appetizers, authentic fish dishes and homemade desserts.
We use fish from our local fishermen, ingredients from our own garden and from local producers, preparing everything in a slow-food, home-style. Meals are accompanied by local wines, homemade drinks and natural juices.

Explore the Danube Delta and the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon on boat trips, kayak the canals or discover history at Argamum Fortress and Enisala Fortress by bike or car.

We encourage our guests to explore the area as much as possible, but when they return to the guesthouse, we want them to unwind and recharge for their next adventures. In the room with a book, on the balcony looking through binoculars, in the living room, on the terrace or in the garden.
In winter in Jurilovca there is a sauna tradition, and after the sauna we put our bathrobes on and have a glass of wine/tea of mulled wine outside in the snow or simply in the cold. Sauna is a must try experience.
We are fortunate that our guesthouse is located in Jurilovca, probably the most beautiful community in Dobrogea region, but also the best place to discover this no so explored region.
Located on the banks of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, Jurilovca is the perfect starting point for exploring the Danube Delta and many nearby attractions. You can reach us very easily, with a very good infrastructure from Bucharest and surroundings.
You can take the village streets on foot, or you can ride your bikes, which will most likely take you to the Doloșman Cape.
The Traveling Couple project started in 2014, when we decided to give up our life in Bucharest. After 1 year of traveling and experiences in Romania and other countries, we came back to contribute to the development of tourism back home in Dobrogea.
Since then we have hosted almost 4500 guests at Pensiunea Milică, offering accommodation, excursions and traditional dishes, and in the first 3 years, since 2022, more than 3400 guests have crossed our threshold at Traveling Couple Guesthouse.
Now, 10 years later, we are waiting for you in Jurilovca to be our guests at the Traveling Couple Guesthouse and to build memories together.
